We always here the saying "too much of anything is bad for you" BUT how much is too much?? especially when we are talking about the wonderful world of healthy fat!!
That is right I am talking nuts, nut butters, avocado, coconut oil and ohhh so much more deliciousness! Something about these foods draws me to them. and let me tell you, they have taken over my diet as of late. So I am wondering how much is too much? should I stop at 1/2 an avocado? or is 3 tablespoons of coconut oil pushing it?
Lately I have been feeling less tones and more heavy in my mid-section, is this from my recent increase in intake of healthy fats or maybe my gym sessions have been losing intensity....
what do you think? I am asking your advice and would love to hear any feedback! I will get back to you all with my research.
