Being in your best health
does not only mean working on your physical body,
but also the mental components.
does not only mean working on your physical body,
but also the mental components.
These books are a great resource
giving knowledge on metal health, spirituality fitness and nutrition.
giving knowledge on metal health, spirituality fitness and nutrition.
They have really help to give myself a profound amount of knowledge on overall health.
& I love to spread the knowledge.
First up! The Lovely Tosca Reno,
this specific book is the
Tosca Reno Eat Clean Cook Book
[a great resource for any kitchen]
but she has a number of books including another one of my favourites
The Eat Clean Diet.
Her books have a focus on diet and giving your body the best nutrition.
I have to say they have been a great resource in my life especially when I am focused on eating right for more intense exercise routines, Tosca loves her fitness.
A new addition to my little collection is
Kimberly Snyder and The Beauty Detox Foods.
This book is such a great reference and is full of practical nutrition knowledge.
Want nice thick hair, or glowing skin??
well this is the book for you.
My green smoothies are inspired from
her very own recipe.
The changes I have made from Kimberly's advice have been for the better and there is no looking back
The book has three sections;
*Beauty Detox 101
*Beauty Detox Foods
*Beauty Detox Recipes
This next girl is one of the most inspirational people in my life. Miss Gabby Bernstein!
She is all about the mind and the power of our thoughts.
Gabby has three books,
Spirit Junkie,
Add More "ING" to Your Life
(a hip girls guide to happiness)
& May Cause Miracles.
Gabby teaches you how to change thought patterns and become the happiest, best version of yourself.
BUT
what I really love, she does it in a real way,
she knows we are all human and is here to help better our lives [in a chill way].
She is just, uuuuh Fabulous.
is a book that is great for the person that may be feeling the need for change and to restore their body.
This book by Alejandro Junger
touches on the mental and physical needs of our body.
The book walks you through a three week cleanse
that's purpose is to help restore
the body and digestive system.
I read this one a while ago but still follow many of the principles,
[referring back to it from time to time].
It is a wealth of knowledge even if your not into the idea of the cleanse.
I have literally been follow these girls from the beginning
[since before they were Tone It Up].
They are here for all your nutrition and fitness needs.
You can buy their diet plan online for a one time fee,
but they also have a number of free resources on their website & YouTube channel.
These girls have personality and make the whole diet and exercise thing fun.
I would recommend them for the newbies, they are the perfect icebreaker in to the fitness world.
Well there you have it, some of my favourite books. Being healthy is about the mind, body and spirit.
Do your research and fill your mind.
Do your research and fill your mind.
Their is no need to buy books if you are unsure or on a budget.
The internet is a beautiful thing,
there are numerous blogs out there that give great information and are actually fun to read!
[not to say these books aren't].
Read AWAY!!
-with love
