Can I say yummmmmmmy!
This is such a perfect option for any time of day. I personally love it as a light breakfast or mid afternoon snack. This meal is full of healthy and essential fats as well as the much need [good] crabs so many of us need especially on busy days.
It is a simple as it sounds! Take an avocado [about 1/2] and spread it on some toast.
Having a rather large sweet tooth I love to top my toast off with some Stevia and cinnamon [to taste]. However, if you like it a little more savory try adding some pepper or cayenne. Really the sky is the limit. Make it your own, and love every bite.
I use a Flax seed bread as I believe gluten free is the way to be. In this day and age we are so lucky to have a large variety in the G-free section. It is just up to you to try out the different options and find one that you love. That being said, the less that is in it the better it is. Try and go for products that have minimal ingredients and it is always a good to at least be able to pronounce them, let alone know what they are. G-free can be tricky and more often then not the product can be just as bad for you as a normal slice of wonder bread. [more to come]
