My Family and I have just returned home from a lovely vacation in the beautiful Jamaica! It has been years since we have all spent a week down south together and it will probably be many more years before the opportunity comes around again. The trip was very low key and being the Beesley's we kept it pretty healthy. BUT I should say I am a sucker for desserts.

Family time was much needed! we spent most days sitting on the beach reading and eating meal together. It is fair to say we all got a good does of each other! I a good way of course.
A great victory of the trip was how good I felt in my own body! 95% of the trip I was completely comfortable strutting my stuff! It just shows that although I have had my ups and downs in the past my hard work both physically and emotionally has paid off.
Lastly I want to say happy new years to all of you!
May 2013 be a great one!
