            This past weekend I had the amazing opportunity to participate in the happiest 5k on the planet, also known as The Color Run! Since first hearing about this event,  my sister and I became some what obsessed with the idea. Needless to say when we found out the Color Run was coming Montreal [their only Canadian locations] we could not pass the chance up!

         Me and my friend left Friday around noon and began the journey to the Color Run. One pit stop in Ottawa to pick up the sissy [complete with the premier of Vampire Diaries and a big bowl of Freshii] - a Five am wake up call - a Two hour coffee less  drive to Montreal - a Forty minuet subway ride [full of Color Run spirit] and one very long check in line and we had finally made it to the happiest start line I have ever witnessed. 

Then things got a little messy! 

For those of you that have never heard of the Color Run it is a 5k walk run dance [however you want to complete it]. Basically at the end of each kilometer there is a party of colour! It was quite liberating and a whole lot of fun :)  

             

It was a blast!  At the finish line things just got better!
